Overgrown hedges

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Please can Willow walk verges be cut back? There are areas where the foliage is over 7ft tall and falling onto the path and today I almost collided with another cyclist on the bend as there is little to no visablility. Many thanks.
