H&S issue - dip in road creating a hazard

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The road has dipped before the dropped kerb causing a hazard for cyclists and young children. My son came off his bike recently ... a small amount of tarmac to fill the dip would bring it back to the correct level
