The prickly shrubs on Oatlands Rec, at the end of Harley Road, are very overgrown.

There is less than a metres clearance for pedestrians and cyclists on this path, that connects Harley Road to Oatlands Rec.

And there is almost no visibility for cyclists.

And there is only about 50cm between the prickly hedge and the wall on the pathway to the lane behind the houses. Many residents use this to put bikes into back yards.
