Excessive flooding

Road & pathways either side of road are flooded. Pedestrians cannot pass. Water is lapping up our driveway & over spill/waves from cars washing against our front wall potentially causing damage. Unfortunately we continue to report this problem & it is not being dealt with.

  • Thank you for bringing the drainage issue at Station Road to our attention. We truly appreciate your proactive approach in helping us maintain the quality of our highways. We are pleased to inform you that the Parish or Town of Cholsey is scheduled for gully emptying in the first/second/third/four quarter of this financial year (Months). All Highway Surface Water Assets in the area are planned to be thoroughly cleansed within this timeframe. Please note that this is a proposed timescale and may be subject to delays due to severe weather conditions or resource availability. Your report has now been closed, and we remain committed to ensuring that the necessary actions are taken promptly.
