You cannot walk on the pavement without ducking under this tree which is badly overgrown. Ion corner of Edinburgh Drive leading to Waverley Avenue. Kidlington

  • Thank you for your report. I have visited site and assessed the trees in their location. The trees present are on land maintainable by the adjacent landowner and not by the County Council. I have sent correspondence to the landowner, detailing the problem and advising that they carry out remedial works to remove potential hazards to the highway.
