Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Road surface in poor condition. Reading Council have re-surface the stretch of Kiln Road in their area. The Oxfordshire side remains in poor condition. Road surface also bad further down the road on the Oxfordshire side towards Dunsden.
