Hazardous road cones

Road cones were set out here on Sunday. North and South on Banbury Road and in Harbord Road. The cones are very small. All of the banbury road northbound cones are knocked over. and two of the southbound cones have been crushed. It is not at akll clear why the cones have been put out, unless they are a week early for SGN works!
