Loose drain at roadside needs securing

Drain has been cleaned by Village Flood Group but brickwork needs attention and a strip of metal was found unattached in the drain, this has been left by the hedge . Also probably needs hosing/rodding out through exit pipe onto Moor Lane, which is clogged up
