The hedge is spikey and is 50% over the path, i walk with a walker so it makes me go to the edge of oxford rd near the trafficd, 6 cylists came by 1 day & clipped ne

    This hedge is getting bigger and wider by the day, so what happens wheni can't get by without getting scratched to pieces or run over on the main cowley/oxford rd

    I have been contacted by a man from your dept and he says that ive put the wrong arrow, so hopefully this is better, i have a ref # ENQ 251054540 , the 1st report was on 25 July 2025, the house # is 5 oxford rd Im so afraid of ripping my coat because i now have to touch the hedge to get by, otherwise i walk IN THE OXFORD ROAD
