Danger to incident

Graven Hill roundabout is a real danger to incidents if something does not change, the middle lane and the right lane (to turn into Graven Hill from A41 Tesco area) they merge into one lane with lots of people going towards Aylesbury directions, I have had a car nearly crashing on mine multiple times because: 1) the lanes merge 2) people going towards Aylesbury instead of being in the middle or left lane they also put themselves on the lane that takes to turn into Graven Hill where I leave. People are not patient and battle to take control of this bloody merging lane, something on the layout has to change or there will be many accidents. I could witness lots of people going towards Aylesbury driving in a reckless and dangerous manner at this roundabout. I feel completely UNSAFE every time I have to go back home. The only option would be for me drive to the centre of Bicester Kings end road and take the round about from London road which is completely unreasonable as we all know how busy it gets and would make me loose 30-40 minutes of driving around where I shall be safe in the first place. I am not the only one having this issues among the people living in Graven hill. Please do something!
