Hedge grown over pavement
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
We cannot walk along the pavement from Wantage Road into Sinodun Road. This particularly difficult with our granddaughter in the pram. I understand that the hedge belongs to 1A Sinodun Road, OX108AA. The owner does not seem to cut the outside of the their hedges so they grow across the pavement. Please ask the owners to cut the hedges.

This is also the location of the waste bin so I think the over-grown hedge is discouraging people from disposing of their litter properly.

This is still a problem as of 5/09/25
I like to use this path with a pushchair as takes me away from the junction with the main road.

As the owners of the hedge we are unaware that they hedge was causing such inconvenience but due to nesting birds we were advised to leave in until September at the earliest to cut back, we have a gardener booked within the next month to do it properly in the meantime we have cut back what we can to allow a pushchair through and please in the future knock and speak to us if it’s an issue as the council did not pass this along to us and the posted note made me feel a little uncomfortable I’d much rather a conversation. Thanks
