So much for promoting Active Travel and a Walkable City. Once again, as last year the County Council are failing to maintain their own hedges on Blackbird Leys Road meaning pedestrians and those discounting from the bus have to walk in a cycle lane. Please cut this hedge back immediately. This time, please put on a regular schedule for maintenance of this hedge.
