8 September 2025 The work to install an electrical cable along Harcourt Hill between Vernon Avenue and Stanton Road was completed some time ago. The contractor marked areas requiring repair, (footpaths, verges and kerbs), with a pink spray, this included the damaged kerbs near the junction of Harcourt Hill and Vernon Avenue which are the subject of this report. It appears that all the repairs have been carried out, but the damaged kerbs near the junction of Harcourt Hill and Vernon Avenue have NOT been repaired, and the pink markings have now been washed away by rain.
