Safety barrier

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This was most appropriate option to place this this.

This is an alley (non-residential) which has barriers at either end to stop people entering the road suddenly on bikes (I assume)... Prob saved a lot of accidents. One of the barriers was deliberately damaged a while ago. This was reported and the damaged rail was removed however, it has not been replaced. The alley is on a hill and therefore, some speed can be built up and I'm concerned someone will come out the alley and straight into the road, and a car. Could someone please have a look at seeing if a replacement is possible? Thank you.
