The public hedge between Pope’s Piece road and Springfield Park is too high

The hedge is higher than the Electric Line that crosses my garden. It is also overwhelming a part of our shed. On Pope’s Piece road: some small dead tree branche are floating upon this road (People walks on this road every day).
