Roots from tree making pavement dangerous

Roots from a neighbours tree are causing the path and road on Windmill Avenue to be dangerous. It is not safe for pedestrians, particularly those with wheelchair or pushchairs.

As you can see it is getting worse and causing major safety issues. Cars are driving on the other side of the road to avoid and pedestrians are tripping

The tree root problem continues to deteriorate. It causes cars to swerve to avoid the bump causing danger to oncoming traffic. The pavement is a trip hazard and difficult for wheelchairs and pushchairs.

The road outside No.3 Windmill Avenue needs urgent attention and I mean urgent attention. I was close to a head on collision driving down Windmill Avenue towards Buckingham Road by a car on the wrong side of the road trying to avoid the massive hump in the damaged road.
