Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Orchard Close Fire Hydrant has been swallowed by overgrowth for the past 20 plus years with nothing ever done about it ever and the overgrowth has been allowed to overgrow so much its now taken over the footpath and street name sign
