Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
We care for 3 vulnerable adults under the shared lifes County Council scheme. They live a few house up on the same side of the road and walk past 2- 3 times per day. They have massive difficulty in passing this hedge, the grass is uneven where they have had a caravan and cars parked on it. Making it unstable to walk on. We politely ask the tenants however they just ignored us, we believe they are estern block people. This has never been addressed in the whole time they have lived there possibly 2 years.

Thank you for your report. Landowners and occupiers are responsible for maintaining any boundary features on their property that adjoin public highways and affect highway safety. In this case, the highway appears to be impacted, so we will contact the land/property owner. If necessary, further action will be taken.
