Estate agent sign dangerously overhanging pavement

Sent to Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Breckon and Breckon sign has been dangerously overhanging pavement. I have, personally, hit my head on the sign multiple times. Someone appears to be moving it on occasion to move it to a more safe position but it continues to be put back, at head height.
