Low hanging hedges and overgrowth onto path

This hedge is once again beginning to take up most of the path, and if tall enough you have to duck to avoid being hit in the face by it. The visibility in this section of the path is poor, cyclist's still ride at speed around the corner, and if you're standing the other side of the hedge facing the roundabout, you won't be seen until the last second and someone is bound to get hurt.

Hedge is overhanging footpath, which is used by children going to school, cyclists, elderly people and mobility scooter users, and they all have to move to the kerb to avoid having to duck down to avoid the overhanging foliage, especially with the recent rain when you can get quite wet, and the traffic is heavy and and it is quite frightening having to walk close to the kerb.
