Traffic issues - missing filter light

I know that you are just going to say that it is fine and there are no problems but reality doesn't match.

The problem is that there is no filter light as you head down rose hill towards the lights. This means that at busy times to turn right you have to wait until either a gap appears or at those busy times for the light to turn right. This means that typically 5 cars are turning on red even though the church cowley lights have turned green. Today I experienced only one car making it across the lines from Church Cowley road because of the number of cars tuning into the road and having gone through on red.

Now you will no doubt argue that you shouldn't go through on red but if you don't then you get situations whereby no cars can cross on the lights.

Again, I'm not expecting a positive response. Similarly to the debacle which is the bottleneck introduced at the lights at the bottom of Holloway or the fact that most cars still use the middle lane at the Garsington (Tescos) round-about to turn right into the retail park or worse still turn right to head onto the Eastern by-pass. You can say that it shouldn't happen all day long but it does happen because drivers are idiots.
