I gell into a loose man hole cover

Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

I was walking across the grass and stepped on the manhole cover. The cover and frame are not fixed in place, the cover flipped open and I fell down into the hole. This needs to be fixed fast so that a child or another person doesn't have serious injuries.
