Reinstatement has created a road hump for cyclists

Reported via desktop in the Roads and Carriageways category anonymously at 15:20, Fri 4 July 2025

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Where the carriageway was deforming into the cycle lane (next to the third street light down the hill from the Brookes footbridge - on the uphill side) it has been fixed in such a way as to create a speed hump in the cycle lane. It's hard enough for cyclists going up the hill so we could do without this hump please. A flat surface would make it less likely cyclists swerve to avoid it into the traffic lane. thanks very much
