Loose and missing curbstones

The end curbstone is completely missing from in front of number 6 Elms Drive. The one in front of number 8 Elms drive is loose and a potential hazzard to cars/bikes/cyclists and pedestrians if it gets knocked into the road.

Is there any chance these can be replaced with dropped curbs rather than corners to make it easier turning in and out of the driveways?
