Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later
Residence are putting large bolders on side of road, which are then being hit by cars and left in the road. Had to stop AGAIN to remove bolders to drive onto Pyrton Lane

The stones are protecting private property. They are not on the public road. Unfortunately many vehicles are driving onto the verges currently whilst abusing the single track lane as an unofficial diversion to avoid the road closure in Watlington.
