Huge deep and wide pothole

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and West Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

This pothole has been here for at least 3 months and is rapidly enlarging. It is nearly two foot wide and covers the whole side of the road - veering into oncoming traffic to avoid! It is also approx 10-12 inches deep (min!). Very hazardous and liable to pop tyres, cause accidents and take cyclists off their bikes.
