This car has been left parked in Lake Walk for a couple of months

Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This car has. not moved and is causing an obstruction for vehicles passing, despite polite notices on windscreen asking owner to move it. . It is parked on the pavement where wheelchair users and the elderly pass and could be dangerous.
