Very high out of control leylandi trees need top off

Reported via mobile in the Hedges category anonymously at 17:18, Mon 23 June 2025

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Very high leylandi trees higher than the bungalow. Blocking all light and sun to neighbours gardens. Have spoken to owner at 24 popular close Garsington but refuses to cut the tops off. Very small garden they shouldn’t of been planted in the first place.
