Filled in Main River watercourse

Someone has strimmed one of the banks of the Main River culvert which is the main outfall from the village & dumped all the cuttings in the culvert. This is causing an obstruction and will lead to flooding upstream if this isn’t cleared. Noted that the road-side bank is heavily overgrown and also needs to be cut back - OCC Highways maintain this watercourse.
