Drain in the gully outside 1 the old bakery is completely blocked with plants growing out from the drain. With strong rainfall this leads to excessive and damaging flooding outside the property also restricting access and pedestrian right of way at a busy junction. This has been the case for about a year.

  • Thank you for bringing the drainage issue at Manor Road to our attention. We truly appreciate your proactive approach in helping us maintain the quality of our highways. We are pleased to inform you that the Parish or Town of Brize Norton and Shilton is scheduled for gully emptying in the first/second/third/four quarter of this financial year (Months). All Highway Surface Water Assets in the area are planned to be thoroughly cleansed within this timeframe. Please note that this is a proposed timescale and may be subject to delays due to severe weather conditions or resource availability.
