McDonalds Sign above 20 mph road sign

A large Mcdonalds sign has appeared on a lamppost on the Broadway in Didcot above a much smaller 20mph sign. It could be distracting, especially as it is on a busy road near a junction and a zebra crossing. No idea whether it is legal, but it could be distracting. Could this be checked out please.
