• This is still broken and held up with cable ties . I am very concerned that kids will lean on it or do something stupid and fall onto the dual carriage way and die . It has been like this for far too many months and needs to be fixed properly as soon as possible

• I reported this in June. Nothing has been done about it and it’s unsafe. How can the council justify leaving a mesh panel tied with rope over the A40 when they know it’s a main route to the secondary school.

• Wheatley Park school are incredibly concerned about this area of fencing still not showing any repair or attempt to replace the obvious attempt to secure it. With hundreds of students passing over this bridge daily, this in our opinion is a huge safegauarding risk. Please can we have an update as to when we can expect the repair to be completed, assuming this will be before the students return in September. Thank you

• It is disgusting that this hasn't been fixed yet. With the school year about to start where hundreds of children will be walking across the bridge. It needs to be fixed immediately. We need a timescale on when this is going to be fixed or who in the County council do we need to escalate this to?

• This is still broken and the gap filled with a mesh fence and cable ties . How can this not be a priority for the County when it could break and someone could fall onto the a40 !

• The fence over the A40 is still broken and being tied together by rope. A main school route over a dual carriage way! This was reported back in July and we are almost in December.

• Good afternoon,
  Thankyou for your enquiry. Some unknown person has carried a Heath Robinson repair with chicken wire which is more inadequately secured this is getting repaired this month.
