Ivy on wall encroaching on carriage way and restricting width of road.

Ivy on wall restricting width of road on Pauls Way. with diversions due to gas works there is is increased traffic down this already narrow road. Likely to be either vehicle damage or structural damage to wall as larger vehicles divert along Pauls Way. This has previously been reported.

Thank you for your report. Based on our assessment, the highlighted area does not currently meet the criteria for immediate intervention under our Highway Safety Inspection Policy. However, i have spoken to the site manager and asked him to get his ground maintenance contractor to keep an eye on it and trim if necessary.rest assured that we will continue to monitor this location during our routine statutory inspections.
