    I reported this problem to the OCC 10 months ago. They replied saying investigation has identified the problem as belonging to Thames Water. TW attended and placed plates and warning signs. No further action was taken TW. This week a Cappagh van attended and removed all the warnings and left the hazard exposed again. I attach photos accordingly.
