Sitting in my car as a 8 leg lorry passed over-the-counter cover it came up out of road and sat down again

    This is the metal cover in question. Its in the junction of Oxford Road /Horton View. Its almost opposite the Old Hospital entrance.. Its the largest metal plate in t hat area. As previous poster has alluded to, the plate is warped and rattles/cracks/wobbles as you drive over it, causing a horrendous noise.
