Grass cut needed

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The grass on the left handside of the bankside road which is a public area is not being cut for a long time. We have reported this before and you told us that landowners or occupiers responsibility to cut this area. We dont know who is the land owner of this area. According our investigation the landovner is the Oxfordhire County council but Cherwell district council must be responsible to cut this area. Can you please let us know who is responsible so that we can create a complaint. FYI: This area had been cut for many years by the council. It is only this year it is not being cut.
