Obstruction on public footpath

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later

A property on the left hand side of the road as you drive out of East challow, just as you come round a bend, has rubbish ect spilling out onto the public footpath, causing a problem for wheelchairs and prams to pass. This is dangerous as people are having to walk on the road to pass and this is a very busy road.
