Trees have not been trimmed

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
Lying down Going along Hollandtide Lane from the Chalgrove end towards Ewelme the road dips down into a valley and then rises again. On the upward road the trees and bushes have not been trimmed for some time and when driving along with on facing traffic coming both parties have to go against the ends of the trees and some trees stick out so far that it scratches the car paintwork. In early June this year I was travelling down that road from the Ewelme direction. At the bottom of the valley was a car towing a large wooden shed possibly a mobile bar which drove up towards me. Behind me was a large Audi car which stopped when I did knowing that what was coming would not pass easily. The vehicle came up the road and reached me when it had to slow down to pass. The shed/trailer were wider than the car and that meant I had to pull into the trees/bushes. Looking in my door mirror the shed passed me with one inch (25mm)to spare from my off side rear wing. I drove tentatively down the road to avoid any damage to either vehicle hearing and feeling my car being scraped by the trees and bushes. Both sides of the road need to have the trees and bushes cut back as it narrows the road.
