Can you confirm if they are allowed two signs, a table and chairs and a bird cage to be on the street. The live birds in this heat is animal abuse..not to mention surely they do not have a permit for this? Month by month they put more and more items on the pavement that contribute to Summertown looking rather grim and making it harder for those with prams / wheelchairs.
