  • Cullen way alley is becoming a dumping ground for fly tippers and is still overgrown causing problems for pedestrians passing each other in both directions, catching themselves on brambles and getting scratched. Please can something be done. Today there appeared to be remains of a cot and off-cuts of felt roofing!
