Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

It will be beneficial to have a road motor installed in the junction (Abingdon road x Sires Hill) huge lack of visibility and traffic flow will ease

  • Thank you for your report. The county do not provide or support the use of road mirrors on the highway. The image they provide can be misleading in terms of vehicle speed and distance giving drivers a false sense of security, potentially leading to vehicles emerging injudiciously. They are prone to vandalism, fogging in poor atmospheric conditions and glare from the sun or car headlights.
