Car abandoned on highway

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

This van has been left for weeks and hasn’t moved. It looks like it’s abandoned with a flat tyre and rotting items inside. The road is incredibly busy with the school at the end and the van is preventing people who need to park from doing so and also preventing people from driving safely down the road. Not sure how else to report without showing the reg plate!
