I reported this on ENQ251049921 You say in won't be rectified until 4th ΒΌ of financial year thats 6 months of soaked pedestrians, kids going to nearby primary school and elderly forced to walk in a busy road. Is this acceptable?

We are pleased to inform you that the Parish or Town of Chinnor is scheduled for gully emptying in the first quarter of this financial year. While severe weather may cause delays, we are committed to thoroughly cleansing all Highway Surface Water Assets in the area within this timeframe.
