Vegetation blocking cycle path

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The vegetation is overgrown and pushes cyclists to the edge of the path, very close to fast-moving traffic including buses and HGVs

  • Please look into removing this overgrowth ASAP - This morning I was forced to cycle too close to 40MPH lorries.

  • Nearly two months later the vegetation has still not been cut back and so the danger to cyclists and pedestrians remains.

  • It's now mid-November, the leaves from the branches across the cycle path have mostly gone but the branches remain. The pavement is becoming overgrown with weeds and the trees need cutting back all the way along from the curve at Milton Park in the west to the roundabout on the A4130 in the east.
