Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Collapsed drain surround on Woodperry Hiil causing cars to move into the middle of the road. Very dangerous for cyclists.

    I hit this collapsed drain today 23/07/25 06:30 and blown 2 tyres and chipped both rims. I was avoiding on coming traffic. I have photos of my chipped rims but was unable to upload. I was recovered by the AA at 08:10 and taken to ATS Euromaster Oxford Retail, Unit 1 Pony Rd, Oxford OX4 2RS and had to purchase 2 new tyres (i purchased 4 new tyres on the 30th Jun 2025). As you can appreciate i'm not happy at all.
