Overgrown vegetation encroaching on road.

Been reported before. The councils contractor comes and cuts the grass under all that shrubbery that you can see which is about the size of a postage stamp and leaves all this standing here. This is the area of the road cyclists have to ride up the hill. There’s not enough space with all the parked cars as it is.
