552AD,"The Pavements of Rome were Green with weeds"R.Matthews.No St. vegetation plan right?

Reported via desktop anonymously at 17:09, Tuesday 10 June 2025

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later

There is no street vegetation clearance plan in Abingdon-on-Thames Right? How else could yards high weeds be infesting so many areas? Fair enough if the funds arent there they are not there but please issue a statement clarifying the position so we can all relax and stop wasting time filing 1000s futile reports? As R.Matthews states on the very last page of his book "The age of the gladiators"page 236. "The pavements of Rome were green with weeds, the buildings were collapsing and the aqueducts broken." (AD 552) "The Rome of Bread and Circuses was dead and gone"
