Still not repaired and now worse

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This was first reported on 24 April. On 30 April it was listed as repaired - it wasn't. This was reported 3 May resulting in the farcical situation of a hole already accepted as being in need of repair being 'investigated'. On 15 May it was listed for 'immediate' attention. Your definition of immediate seems to differ from the dictionary. Meanwhile, nearby, a further hole has significantly worsened. This road is dangerous and shameful!
