Broken rubbish bin

Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Would it be possible to either remove or fix this rubbish bin which is on the main walkway through the Dangerfield off Shakespeare Drive? It has been like this for a few weeks now and attracts rubbish to be thrown on the floor around the bin. There is broken glass also. Thank you.
