Trip hazard across footpath

Sent to Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

A tarmac repair spanning the width of the path is raised roughly 20mm from the flat ground. Causing me to trip over. This has been here for a long time, but is a hazard for all footpath users.
